How can I track my order?

All purchases will receive a tracking number through email. You can also call us at 305 400 1484 for further information on your shipment. Please have your order number ready to expedient time.

Return Policy Online: Can I return my online order?

We sell equipment that is meant for combat training and fitness, therefore we cannot accept returns on any used or damaged merchandise.

Non-refundable items:

Mouthguards, protective cups, compression shorts, special/custom orders, heavy bags, and clearance items.


We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

- Merchandise must be in new/unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Gear must not have any signs of wear example wrinkles, crease, cracks, fade, no odors.
- Shoes must have the original box in resalable condition. (Meaning no tape or return labels on the box directly to ship back to us.)
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
- All online orders a subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping cost are paid by the buyer.
- Store credit will be issued if item is out of stock.

We will accept exchanges of in-store orders within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Why has my package not shipped?

Processing time for orders is 1 business day, if delays were to occur we will notify you on the reason as well as time frame of expected shipment day.

Some orders will require further verification of identity if our payment processing systems notifies us of potential fraudulent activity. If your order is suspected, we will contact you regarding.

We will ask you to provide us with proof of identity in the form of a government issued ID such as (Driver’s License, State ID or Passport).

**If you do not respond within 24-48 hour of notification, we will cancel your order**

Why was my order canceled?

We will notify within 1 business day on the reason of cancelation through email or phone call.

Do you accept check or money order?

No, we only accept Credit/Debit Cards or Paypal payments.

Why was my credit card/debit card declined?

Please make sure when placing an order that your billing address is the residence that your card was issued for. If you do not know your billing address, make sure to call your bank.

Possible reason(s) your card was declined:

  • Incorrect billing address
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank placed your card on hold
  • Fraudulent activity.

For any of the following reason please be sure to contact your bank to resolve any of these issues for you.

When will I receive my items?

Estimated Date of Delivery = Date of Purchase + 1 Day Processing + Shipping Speed

Why have I not received my items?

Delays in shipment are an unfortunate possibility that can have reasons such as weather, holidays, or misplace/lost packages. We strive that every single orders arrive on time as described. If package is delayed, please allow an extra 3 business days to estimated delivery before contacting us about missing or late packages.

We will open a missing package case with shipping company and we will keep you notified on its status.

I canceled an order when will I receive my money back?

Refunds are typically credited to your account within 3 – 5 business days.

Where am I able to ship my package?

MSM Fight Shop is able to ship all over the North America (United States and Canada), Europe, and Asia. At this time, we are unable to ship to Central and South America.

We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.

Am I able to ship to a courier or freight company?

Yes, we are able to ship to these companies. It is our advice that if you live in an area that is not covered in our shipping range use a courier that can do so.

I live in Central or South America how can I buy from you?

We accept orders from all over the world, in order to buy from us you need to ship items to a United States based PO Box, Freight Company, or request In-Store Pick up. We are unable to ship to addresses located in Central or South America.

Is there an In-Store Pick up Option?

Yes, we offer in-store pick up option for all address located in Florida, USA.

We also provide in store pick up option for international orders. Please be sure to email us regarding this to create a personalized order to receive in store pick up.

Can I get courier delivery to my hotel in Miami, FL?

Yes, certain orders over $149.99 may qualify for personal delivery please call us (3054001484) ahead of time to schedule a delivery. Personal Delivery Fee will apply based on distance and speed required.

How long does it normally take for deliveries in Florida, USA?

Orders in Florida usually arrive between 1-2 business days depending on shipping speed.
